Rapid accumulations of snow that could lead to reduced visibility are expected in several regions of Quebec starting Wednesday! Road conditions could deteriorate quickly and cause road closures. Winds associated with snow will lead to sometimes zero visibility conditions. Exercise caution, avoid traveling!
