Many forest fires are currently raging in various regions of the province following the recent episode of dry, hot weather, especially in Côte-Nord, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, and Nord-du-Québec. The fire danger rating is extreme in the entire province. Unless necessary, avoid entering a forest, and holding any activities in a forest.
